Free standard delivery within the UK mainland. 

Alternatives to standard delivery are charged at the rates shown below:

Packages are sent using Royal Mail.

Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package if it is ordered signed for. 

Orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure 1-2 day delivery. 

Should there be a problem with your order prior to it being despatched, we will contact you with 48 hours of the order being placed. 

 Should there be any damage to your purchase during transit please contact us with 24 hours of receiving the item. 

 Should you which to return your purchase, we will refund or replace any item (should it be in stock) as long as it is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your proof of purchase. This is extended to 90 days for purchases made in November and December. 

 To return the item, you must complete the returns section on the invoice and return your item. Then all you need to do is package it securely (you can reuse the packaging where applicable) and arrange for return to
